Field and operational apps
Offline-first mobile and web apps for field teams: evidence capture, guided routines and rules that hold without connection, synced safely when it returns.
The work happens where the signal doesn't reach, often with gloves on and little light. Apps that assume a connection fail there, so crews go back to paper and the record arrives late, or never.
- Native apps and PWAs that keep working offline and sync safely when the connection returns.
- Evidence capture by photo, video and voice, attached to the record it belongs to.
- Guided routines and forms with fill windows, approvals and generated PDF records.
- Rules that run on the device, so a check can block the work even without a connection.
- A web panel for supervisors and managers, sharing the same rules as the app.
03 — In our work
Checks that can stop the work
A pre-task crew check that blocks work release when a control is missing.
A logbook that works offline
A digital field logbook with photo evidence, voice input and offline sync.
Built for real conditions
Interfaces tested for gloves, low light and unreliable connections.
04 — Questions
How does a project start?
Where the work happens: with the people who will use the app, the routines they follow and the conditions they work in. What we see there sets the first version.
Can the app connect to our existing systems?
Usually, through APIs, single sign-on and data exports. We map what must flow in and out before building, and flag early anything that would not work offline.
How is data protected on the device?
Devices keep only what the work needs, offline access is granted explicitly, and sync is designed to avoid duplicated or lost records. Read how we approach security and trust.
How is delivery staged?
We pilot with a small group in real conditions, adjust what the field shows us and only then roll out more widely.
