Reference architectures.
The generic patterns behind the systems we build. Every project adapts them to its own operation; client names and specifics are withheld.
Diagrams are simplified patterns, not the architecture of any specific client.
Systems integration hub.
When several business systems must share data with apps, portals and reports. One integration layer handles every hand-off, instead of point-to-point connections maintained by hand.
Key decisions
- 01
Typed contracts
Each connection has a published contract, checked automatically before every release.
- 02
Queue and retries
Messages wait in a queue and are retried when a system is unavailable, so nothing is lost silently.
- 03
Audit log
Every hand-off is logged: what was sent, when and with what result.
- 04
Secrets out of code
Credentials live outside the code, and each integration gets only the access it needs.

Offline-first field app.
When the work happens where the signal doesn't reach. The app keeps working without a connection and syncs safely when the connection returns.
Key decisions
- 01
Local-first storage
Records are saved on the device first, so a lost connection never stops the work.
- 02
Evidence on the record
Photos, video and voice notes are captured in the app and stay linked to the record they belong to.
- 03
Sync with conflict handling
Sync is designed to avoid duplicated or lost records when the same data changes in more than one place.
- 04
Same rules everywhere
A check can block the work on the device, and the platform applies the same rules when the data arrives.

AI pipeline with guardrails.
When documents, text or audio pile up faster than people can read them. A language model does the reading; rules and a person decide what is used.
Key decisions
- 01
Separate steps
Extraction and classification are separate steps, so each result can be checked on its own.
- 02
Checks before use
Output is validated against defined rules before anything is stored or shown.
- 03
A person has the final word
A reviewer approves, corrects or rejects each result that matters before it reaches the system of record.
- 04
Agreed data boundaries
Which data may be processed by a model, and under which terms, is documented before the pipeline goes live.

Multi-tenant platform.
When many clients, units or contractors share one product but must never see each other's data. Isolation, roles and audit are designed in from the first release.
Key decisions
- 01
Identity per tenant
Each client organization signs in through its own identity provider (SSO), with multi-factor authentication.
- 02
Isolation in the data layer
Tenant isolation is enforced in the database itself, with tests that check it and an encryption key per tenant.
- 03
Roles, not exceptions
Permissions follow organization, unit, contractor and subcontractor, and sensitive steps go through approval.
- 04
Audit by default
Sensitive actions leave an audit trail that administrators can review from the console.

Data and BI.
When information exists but sits in systems, apps and spreadsheets that cannot be compared. Data is checked on arrival, modeled once and delivered where your teams already look.
Key decisions
- 01
Quality checks on arrival
Records are checked when they come in, so problems surface before they reach a report.
- 02
One model, shared definitions
Indicators are computed from a single data model, with scoring logic that can be audited.
- 03
Review before release
Results can go through an approval step before anyone sees them.
- 04
Your BI tools
BI-ready data plus spreadsheet and PDF exports, with access to results set by role.

Training platform.
When a facilitator-led program has to reach beyond the room. The facilitator runs the session, learners join from their own devices or a shared screen, and anyone can verify the credentials issued.
Key decisions
- 01
Facilitator in control
The console starts, paces and closes each session, and the engine keeps every screen in step in real time.
- 02
Licensing and roles
Company licenses set capacity limits, and people join through role-based invitations managed in an admin console.
- 03
Verifiable credentials
Credentials are issued after evaluation, with versioning, revocation and a public validation page.
- 04
Minimal learner data
Only what the program needs is stored, and validation pages are reached through unique links.
